For UK mainland carriage is free on orders from £100. We charge £10 for smaller orders. First orders are subject to a Pro-Forma invoice, there-after payment must be received 30 days from date of invoice. Failure to pay may result in interest being charged. Notification of shortages or damage must be made within seven days of delivery to arrange replacements or credit. Until Paper Bird Publishing has been paid in full for goods supplied against a credit account, such goods remain the property of Paper Bird Publishing, although the risk passes to the purchaser on delivery. No order will be considered cancelled unless prior notification is received in writing before despatch. No goods to be returned without prior consent from Paper Bird Publishing. All Paper Bird Publishing designs are protected by Copyright.
